Co-creation & care-fullness

Before we get started, we’d like to invite you to do a simple exercise.

Think of one time you have participated to a workshop or gathering of any kind (not necessarily related to your professional life) in which you developed something collectively – an idea, a project, or a product.

• What were the elements that made it a collective endeavour, and in which ways was the outcome the result of a collective process of co-creation?
• Were there care-full elements in the process? If not, why?
• Who was participating and how? What steps did you follow? What did you produce?
