Care-full competences (I)
In this lesson we invite you to reflect upon the competences, skills, and attitudes you want to nurture as care-full scholars.
Think of someone who represents a care-full leader in your mind: it could be a teacher, a mentor, a community organiser, a music or sports coach, or anyone related to either your professional or personal life. What kind of competences, skills and attitudes make her/him a care-full leader in your mind?

Might they include some of the following(?):
Ability to empathise
Interpersonal skills
Situated awareness
Self-awareness
Knowledge and understanding
Capacity to learn
Commitment to social and environmental justice
Appreciation of and respect for diversity and multiculturalism
Commitment to social inclusion
Ability to act with social responsibility and civic awareness
Ability to act on basis of ethical reasoning
Ability to motivate people
Determination and perseverance
Ability to communicate complex information in a simple way
Capacity to generate new ideas
Ability to analyse and resolve complex problems
Ability to plan and manage time
Ability to apply knowledge in practical situations
